A new French edition of the ATLAS pop-up book, Voyage au Cœur de la Matière (Voyage to the Heart of Matter), will be officially launched from the exhibition Entrée en Matière at Paris' Trocadéro on Tuesday, October 25th. Members of the press wishing to attend can contact Laetitia.Louis@cnrs-dir.fr

The book tells the story of the LHC, the ATLAS experiment, and the fascinating mysteries of our universe that they seek to unfold. Readers will find tabs to pull, things to assemble, and scale-perfect recreations to explore. Watch, as one of the most exciting experiments of our lifetimes literally leaps from the pages.

The English edition of the book was a run-away success, with reviews in publications such as Science, Wired, and countless others. The new French edition takes the total number of copies printed up to 12,000 and reaches out to a whole new audience.
