No contexto da VI Escola de Verão ICTP-SAIFR para Jovens Físicos teremos uma visita virtual desta escola ao experimento ATLAS, na linha de feixes do Grande Colisor de Hadrons, LHC no CERN em Genebra no dia 14 de janeiro às 8:00 da manhã diretamente da sala de controle da experiência ATLAS. Durante a visita partes do detector serão apresentadas aos alunos e eles poderão interagir com pesquisadores do experimento. A visita é coordenada no Brasil pelo professor Lucas David Feitosa Campos (ICTP-SAIFR) e na Suíça pelo pesquisador Denis Oliveira Damazio (BNL/USATLAS). During the VI ICTP-SAIFR Summer School for Young Physicists, we will host a virtual visit from the school to the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) beamline at CERN in Geneva on January 14th at noon, directly from the ATLAS control room. During the visit, the students will be shown parts of the detector and will have the opportunity to interact with the experiment's researchers. The visit is coordinated in Brazil by Professor Lucas David Feitosa Campos (ICTP-SAIFR) and in Switzerland by researcher Denis Oliveira Damazio (BNL/USATLAS).
