Florencia Daneri joined the ATLAS Collaboration in 2014 as an undergraduate student, and got her Master’s degree the next year. Then, as a PhD student at the University of Buenos Aires, she worked on b-jet trigger and jet calibrations. She also carried out searches for new physics, including a search for a Dark Matter mediator decaying into two jets and a search for a light charged Higgs boson. She received her PhD in 2020 and started as a postdoctoral fellow in the same university, where she also teaches.
ATLAS physicists Florencia Daneri and Waleed Ahmed share the latest news from the Charge-Higgs@LHC workshop, which took place online August 30-31, 2021.
