ATLAS Presents New Results at Lepton Photon 2011

The ATLAS Collaboration is pleased to be presenting its latest results at the Lepton Photon 2011 conference in Mumbai 22-27 August 2011.
Presentations will focus on the outcome of vigorous and detailed searches for the Higgs boson, supersymmetry, and a variety of other rare and exciting phenomena, in more than two inverse femtobarns of data – equivalent to about 140 million million proton collisions – collected by the ATLAS experiment in 2010 and 2011.
Outstanding performance by the LHC, efficient data taking, and the smooth and effective operation of the ATLAS experiment have allowed us to build significantly on the exciting results shown at the EPS HEP Conference held in July in Grenoble, and reported by the global media.
Throughout the week-long conference in India, ATLAS physicists involved in the analyses will be blogging and tweeting live, reporting on their work and the excitement being shared by other colleagues at the LHC. Lepton Photon 11 (The XXV International Symposium on Lepton Photon Interactions at High Energy) takes place at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, India, from 22 to 27 August 2011.
