The EEMTI Professora Adalgisa Bonfim Soares, in Fortaleza in the Ceará State in Brazil will visit the ATLAS detector as part of the activities related to the Week of Physics. In the visit, organized by the professors Larissa Oliveira and Nádia Portela in Brazil and the researcher Denis Oliveira Damazio (USATLAS/BNL) at the ATLAS Control Room in Switzerland, parts of the detector will be presented, focusing on the physics and exploring also many of the techniques as they impact the world around us. Furthermore, the students will be able to discuss with the experts in place via videoconference tools. Na visita, organizada pelas professoras Larissa Oliveira and Nádia Portela, no Brasil, e pelo pesquisador Denis Oliveira Damazio (USATLAS/BNL), na Sala de Controle do ATLAS, na Suíça, serão apresentadas partes do detector, com foco na física e explorando também muitas das técnicas e como elas impactam o mundo ao nosso redor. Além disso, os alunos poderão discutir com os especialistas presentes por meio de ferramentas de videoconferência. A visita será no dia 27 de Junho de 2025 as 8:00 no horário de Brasília.
