A ETEC Armando Pannunzio em Sorocaba, SP realizará uma visita virtual ao Experimento ATLAS na linha de feixes do Grande Colisor de Hádrons (LHC) no CERN em Genebra, Suíça. A visita fará parte de atividades relativas a uma futura Master Classe com alunos do Ensino Médio e Técnico em Automação Industrial. Os alunos poderão discutir com especialistas da área na sala de controle da experiência. A visita está sendo organizada pelos professores Pedro Sérgio Rosa (FATEC), Marcia Begalli (UERJ) e a Coordenadora Pedagógica da ETEC Paula Aguero no Brasil e pelo pesquisador Denis Oliveira Damazio (BNL/ATLAS) em Genebra. A visita acontecerá 8:30 pelo horário de Brasília. The Armando Pannunzio ETEC in Sorocaba, SP will conduct a virtual visit to the ATLAS Experiment in the beam line of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. The visit will be part of activities related to a future Master Class with high school and technical students in Industrial Automation. Students will be able to discuss with experts in the field in the experiment control room. The visit is being organized by professors Pedro Sérgio Rosa (FATEC), Marcia Begalli (UERJ) and the Pedagogical Coordinator of ETEC Paula Aguero in Brazil and by researcher Denis Oliveira Damazio (BNL/ATLAS) in Geneva. The visit will take place at 13:30 am Geneva time.
