Visit Description
Our school is interested in participating in a virtual visit to the underground facilities of the ATLAS experiment at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider. The purpose of this visit is to give our students the opportunity to explore one of the world’s leading research projects in particle physics and to gain a deeper understanding of how fundamental particles are studied. Through this experience, students will be able to connect classroom learning with real scientific research, interact with experts, and develop a greater appreciation for the role of modern physics and large-scale scientific collaborations.
