CERN Accelerating science

<!-- Replace default by booking form content --><p>As a part of ongoing efforts of Gomel City Lyceum #1 to deliver the best possible education to its students, it will host a presentation by the European Organization for Nuclear Research, known as CERN at 12:00, on May 31, 2018. Many of our students see their future connected to science and will have a chance to speak with a researcher working on a foremost frontier of high energy physics. In teleconference format Daniil Ponomarenko, a PhD student at the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (NRNU MEPhI), researcher at CERN will talk about current research programs curried out at the largest particle accelerator ever built.</p>
