This virtual visit is for the year 13 class who are about to start the final section of their A2 course in particle physics. This event is an excellent opportunity to visit and experience CERN's wonder and interact with a physicist by asking them lots of exciting and insightful questions.
This event concludes the A2 particles physics section of their A level physics course.
In this virtual visit, the participants are High school teachers from all over Europe, attending a two-week-long winter school with subjects like High energy physics, Astrophysics, Gravity, Cosmology, and Astronomy.
Amsterdam
Viva Fysica is an annual symposium for high school teachers and high school students that we organise at the University of Amsterdam to show what's currently going on in physics. The goal is for the teachers to be inspired to bring more modern physics into the classroom, and for their students to get a broader view of physics than what they learn in class, hopefully even exciting some of them to go into physics themselves.
Teens from around the country will join to ask questions and talk about why science is even better than K-Pop. Well, at least close.
In the context of the last year of high school science education, we are happy to share with the students one of the pinnacle achievements of modern physics research.
Canberra
The NYSF Yr 12 program brings together students from across Australia who have a passion for STEM. The program is designed to showcase the diversity of STEM pathways and careers that are available for students.

The BergamoScienza Festival is a scientific divulgation event born in 2003 from the intuition and willingness of a group of friends, the Founding Members, which every year involves the city and the province of Bergamo in a program full of initiatives that explore scientific and technologies from the most varied fields. The main purpose is to make science accessible to all, especially young people and schools, so that they can improve and perfect their technical-scientific training and increase their interests. Three are the most important peculiarities: the approach used in addressing and comparing the various issues, made available also to a non-specialist public; the free admission for all events; the extraordinary participation of schools, teachers and students in particular, in the organization of numerous scientific exhibits. For the first two weeks of October, the city of Bergamo becomes the setting of an event that has international resonance and offers conferences, exhibitions, workshops, shows and much more. In the previous editions of the Festival, BergamoScienza had the extraordinary opportunity to host Nobel Prizes and prestigious researchers and experts from various scientific fields: chemistry, physics, medicine, mathematics, engineering, astronomy, neuroscience, etc.

ATLAS is a general purpose particle detector at LHC and is one of the most important experiments in physics research. Department of physics at Shahid Beheshti University (SBU) has been active in particle theory and pheonmenoloy as well as considering to extend the scope of its research to the experimental collaborations. Virtual Vist will be an excellent opportunity to inspire researchers in particle physics as well as other students and faculties at the department of physics. The event is an extraordinary physics collquim co-organzied by Dr. Shehu AbdusSalam and Yavar Taheri Yeganeh.
